Duties of the student regarding military registration
Dear students, we inform you that on May 18, most of the main provisions of the Law No. 3633-IX dated 04/11/2024 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Certain Issues of Military Service, Mobilization and Military Registration" entered into force.
According to this law, citizens of Ukraine who are subject to military registration, who are on military registration, are obliged to clarify their personal data within 60 days through the center for the provision of administrative services or through the electronic office of a conscript, conscript, reservist, or in a territorial center of recruitment and social support.
In connection with the adoption of the Law of 30.05.2023 3127-IX "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service", men who have reached the age of 25 must register as conscripts and receive a new military accounting document in its RTCC and SP.
We ask you to notify Ivanna VLASENKO, head of the department, about all changes in military registration documents.
Before visiting the TCC and SP, order a certificate in advance.
Military registration documents for the entrant
Dear entrants, please pay attention to these requirements and prepare the necessary military registration documents in advance!
In 2024, boys/men will be admitted to the Dnipro Technological University "SHAG" PZVO only after they present the original of one of the following military registration documents:
- a certificate of registration at the conscription station (applicants under the age of 25 can submit);
- military ID;
- temporary certificate of conscript.
In addition, the listed documents must contain a mark (stamp/seal) of the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC and SP) where the entrant is/was on military registration. The document must have a mark of the body with the name "TCC and SP", not "military commissariat / military commissariat".
If the entrant does not have a military registration document or has a document without an up-to-date TCC and SP mark, the Admissions Committee is not entitled to admit such an entrant to the competitive selection of students for study.
For the attention of students who are conscripts or conscripts
1. Conscripted students and conscripts are required to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the Rules of military registration of conscripts and conscripts (Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 30, 2022 No. 1487)
2. Conscripts, conscripts and reservists must be on the military register:
- according to the declared (registered) place of residence - in the relevant district (city) territorial centers of recruitment and social support or other bodies defined by the law on personal primary military registration;
- at the place of work (study) at enterprises, institutions, organizations, educational institutions, other bodies;
- in case of departure from the borders of Ukraine for a period of more than three months - at the place of consular registration in foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine.
Enrollment in the military registration at the place of study at the PZVO "Dnipro University of Technology "SHAG" is carried out in the personnel department on the basis of the military registration documents submitted at the time of admission (certificate of registration at the conscription station, military card or temporary card instead of a military ticket), as well as References about the place of registration.Military documents must be current!
According to the Procedure for organizing and maintaining military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, the University collects the following data on conscripts and conscript students: (Appendix 5). Within seven days from the day of issuing the order on enrollment, expulsion from the educational institution, the University sends to the relevant district (city) territorial recruitment and social support centers a notification about the change in the registration data of conscripts, conscripts and reservists (Appendix 4);
Conscripts, conscripts and reservists must personally notify the authorities in which they are registered for military service within seven days of the change in personal data specified in Art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Conscripts and Reservists", as well as to provide the specified authorities with documents confirming the right to deferment from conscription for military service during mobilization on the grounds specified in Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and mobilization".
Students must personally submit documents confirming the right of citizens to postpone conscription to military service every year by October 1 to district (city) territorial recruitment and social support centers.
