List of documents for enrollment in studies

  • signed training contract (we provide a sample contract);
  • a copy of the identity document and the tax payer's registration card;
  • a copy of the military registration document (for conscripts and reservists after the age of 25, a military card or a temporary card of a conscript, and for conscripts under the age of 25, a certificate of registration at the conscription station, a conscript card);
  • a copy of the educational document on the basis of which the admission is made, if this document is not available in the EDEBO;
  • if you have special admission conditions, then copies of documents certifying this right;
  • photo 3*4 — 4 pcs.
     

 

Submission of original documents
 

You can submit originals in two ways:

1. Bring the documents to the admissions committee in person.

2. Send scanned copies of documents by e-mail with a qualified electronic signature:

  • Get it file or cloud key of Privatbank or a qualified electronic signature in the Action application (Action.Signature) or a qualified electronic signature of any accredited key certification center..

  • Go to the applicant's electronic account.

  • In the office, select the "Submitted applications" tab and select the application for which you were recommended for enrollment. Click "Active Actions" and select "Confirm Place of Education".

  • Choose a key certificate authority from the drop-down list, choose a file or cloud key, drag it into the field, enter the key password and click "Confirm".

  • Refresh the page, make sure your application is signed.

  • Prepare scanned copies of the necessary original documents for list, as well as a scanned copy of the statement printed from the electronic office for instruction or emailed to you by the admissions office.

  • Go to portal "Дія" and with the help of instructions  sign each document with a qualified electronic signature. In the case of using Diya.Signature, documents can be signed on Ministry of Digital portals..

  • Send the signed documents to the university e-mail address [email protected] with the name and surname in the subject line.
